We are a group of professional real estate investors who help home sellers locate a qualified, experienced professional in their local area who can help by either pay cash for their home (in the case of a real estate investor) or understands how to sell homes quickly in a slow market (in the case of a real estate broker/agent).
Our goal is to educate real estate professionals how how to work with distressed home sellers. Those in distress have a unique set of needs and problems that not all those in real estate understand.
